Abstract
Un proceso para la preparacion de un compuesto de la formula i: (Ver Formula); en donde, en el anillo aromatico presente, se puede reemplazar un grupo CH por N(piridilo), y en donde dos de las cuatro valencias del anillo, que pretenden marcar posibles sustituyentes, pueden representar en la posicion adyacente un anillo de 5 o 6 miembros fundido, insustituido o sustituido, el cual puede contener de 1 a 3 heteroatomos identicos o diferentes seleccionados a partir de N, S, y O; y en donde: R es alquilo de 1 a 12 atomos de carbono, A) mediante la reaccion de un acido boronico apropiadamente estructurado de la formula general II: o de la formula trimerica III: (Ver Formula); que esta en equilibrio con el, en la presencia de un catalizador de paladio, con un ester metoxiiminoacetico de la formula general IV: (Ver Formula) en donde R es alquilo de 1 a 12 atomos de carbono, y X es grupo de salida, o vice versa, B) mediante la reaccion de un ester metoxiiminoacetico de la formula X: (Ver Formula); en donde R y R8 son alquilo de 1 a 12 atomos de carbono o -B(OR8)2 es de preferencia el radical : (Ver Formula) en la presencia de un catalizador de Pd, con un compuesto de halofenilo de la formula general XI: (Ver Formula) que esta sustituido como se desee, y en donde: Y es Br o I, y las cuatro valencias en el anillo de fenilo representan los posibles sustituyentes mencionados para I.
