Abstract
Un derivado de heteroarilo que tiene la formula: (ver formula) en la cual A representa O u S; n es 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 o 10; m es 2 o 3; W representa N, C o CH; Q representa N, C o CH; y la linea punteada representa un enlace opcional; R1 representa hidrogeno, alquilo de C1-6, alquenilo de C2-6, alquinilo de C2-6, cicloalquilo de C3-8-alquilo de C1-6, aril-alquilo de C1-6 o acilo; R2, R3, R4, R5 y R6 representan independientemente hidrogeno, halogeno, ciano, nitro, alquilo de C1-6, alcoxi de C1-6, alquilsulfailo de C1-6, alquilsulfonilo de C1-6, hidroxi, hidroxi-alquilo de C1-6, alcoxicarbonilo de C1-6, acilo, cicloalquilo de C3-8, cicloalquilo de C3-8 alquilo de C1-6, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi, NR15R16 en donde NR15R16 representan independientemente hidrogeno, alquilo de C1-6, cicloalquilo de C3-8 o fenilo; o R15 y R16 junto con el nitrogeno al cual estan unidos forman un anillo de 5 o 6 miembros que contiene optativamente un heteroatomo adicional; R7 y R7¦ representan independientemente hidrogeno o alquilo de C1-6 o pueden formar en conjunto un puente que consiste en dos o tres grupos metileno; R8, R9, R10 y R11 son cada uno independientemente seleccionados entre hidrogeno, halogeno, nitro, ciano, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi, alquilo de C1-6, alquenilo de C2-6, alquinilo de C2-6, cicloalquilo de C3-8, cicloalquilo de C3-8-alquilo de C1-6, fenilo, tiofenilo, alcoxi de C1-6, alquilsulfonilo de C1-6, alquilsulfonilo de C1-6, hidroxi, formilo, acilo, acilamino, aminocarbonilo, alcoxi de C1-6carbonilarnino, aminocarbonilamino, alquilo de C1-6aminocarbonilamino y di (alquilo de C1-6) aminocarbonilamino, NR13R14 en donde R13 y R14 representan independientemente hidrogeno, alquilo de C1-6, cicloalquilo de C3-8 o fenilo; o R13 y R14 junto con el nitrogeno al cual estan adheridos forman un anillo de 5 o 6 miembros que contiene optativamente un heteroatomo adicional; sus enantiomeros, y su sal de adicion de acido farmaceuticamente aceptable. Los compuestos de la invencion son considerados utiles para el tratamiento de trastornos afectivos tal como el trastorno de ansiedad general, trastorno de panico, trastorno obsesivo compulsivo, depresion, fobia social y trastornos de la alimentacion, y trastornos neurologicos tal como la sicosis.
