Abstract
Un procedimiento para fabricar tubos sin costura de acero con sistema de elevado contenido de cromo que tienen una elevada calidad de superficie interior con elevada eficiencia y reducidos costos de produccion. Un material inicial que comprende Cr en un contenido de 10 a 20%, e impurezas S y P en respectivos contenidos de no mas de 0,050% es usado para formar un tubo terminado, y haciendo uso de parametros, el periodo total de calentamiento completo St1 (horas) para el calentamiento completo del material inicial para formar un material primario de tubo como desbaste o tocho y el periodo total de calentamiento completo St2 (horas) para calentamiento completo del material primario de tubo, se forma un tubo terminado a una temperatura de calentamiento de 1200¦C con la condicion que se satisfaga la siguiente ecuacion (b) (ver formula) siendo f un factor que indica el grado, de generacion de ferritas d de acuerdo con los contenidos de los elementos incluidos en este. El procedimiento permite fabricar un tubo sin costura de acero con sistema de elevado contenido de cromo que tiene una cantidad muy reducida de defectos de superficie interior a formarse, usando un acero de elevado contenido de cromo. Puesto que se puede obtener una productividad predeterminada sin adicion excesiva de impurezas, resulta posible producir con elevada eficiencia un tubo sin costura de acero con sistema de elevado contenido de cromo que tiene una elevada calidad de superficie interior.
