DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY
The object of the invention is a fixing and / or assembly device comprising two elements that respectively have two teeth and two openings intended to receive the teeth when the two elements are assembled. Fixation devices are known comprising two elements intended to be assembled with each other, especially in patents FR 2090786 and WO 96/41551. In the patent FR 2090786, a device is described comprising two elements that are in the form of plates, of which one has fibers with hooks, and the other has fibers in the form of loops intended to be coupled on the hooks of the first element. This device is well known under the name "VELCRO". Also in the same French document, there is a criticism of the devices prior to April 29, 1970, which is the date of presentation of the Swiss priority. WO 96/41551 describes a device for tying shoes intended to replace shoelaces. This device comprises a first part in the form of a tongue having openings and a second part in the form of a plate having protrusions in the form of hooks. The tongue is intended to be coupled with the hooks. This device is quite close to that described in the patent US 4727659. Indeed, in the latter document, a mooring device comprising two elements in which one has mushroom-shaped protuberances intended to be placed in the circular openings provided in the second element. Although the devices described in the above mentioned documents are relatively satisfactory, they present some disadvantages. Especially, the first device described in FR 2090786 has the disadvantage of not being precise in its positioning, while the second device described in WO 96/41551, although it is precise in its positioning, has the disadvantage of wearing relatively fast and therefore, not ensuring good maintenance. The object of the invention is to provide a device that does not present the disadvantages of the known devices, that is, that allows a precise positioning and that does not wear easily, ensuring a good maintenance even after a prolonged use. These objects are achieved with the device according to the invention defined in the claim. In fact, a device according to the invention comprises elastic teeth that can be used a large number of times without being mistreated and which requires a certain strength on the part of the user to assemble its two elements, which ensures good maintenance, since a substantially identical force will be needed to separate the two elements. The invention will be better understood and its features and advantages will appear more clearly with the reading of the description of the modalities provided only by way of example with respect to the drawings, in which: Figures 1 a, 1 b and 1 c schematically represent a first embodiment of the device according to the invention; Figures 2a, 2b and 2c schematically represent a second embodiment of the device according to the invention; Figure 3 represents a first use of the device shown in Figure 1; Figure 4 schematically represents a variant mode of an element of the device according to the invention; Figures 5a, 5b, 5c and 6 schematically represent two uses of a device according to the invention. Figure 1 represents very schematically, a first embodiment of the fixing and / or assembly device according to the invention. In figure 1a, a first element A is seen comprising a part 1, which may be a plate or a band or a polyhedron, but which in the present representation is a plate shown in section or in view. To part 1, teeth 2 are joined, which have just been molded in the embodiment shown. Said teeth 2 comprise a point 3 and have a circular or polygonal section. In this modality, the teeth are straight. In FIG. 1b, a second element B is shown, intended to be assembled to the first element A of FIG. 1 a. Said element B is represented in view, it has the form of an elongated parallelepiped 4 and comprises at least one line of openings 5 represented by dotted lines. The sections of the openings (not shown) are identical to the sections of the teeth 2 of the element A of figure 1a, instead said openings have a curvature in the longitudinal direction. In this way, when the element A is presented against the element B and when the two elements are pressed together, the teeth of the element A penetrate the openings of the element B, which is shown in figure 1 c. This operation requires a certain force for the teeth 2 to be bent and a substantially identical force will be required to uncouple or separate the two elements A and B. In this way, an accurate and relatively solid assembly is obtained. As can be seen in Figure 1 c, the two elements A and B are assembled with a space h between the plate 1 of the element A and the body 4 of the element B, this space can be used to adjust a fabric or hair, for example , as shown in figure 3. The length of the teeth 2, in the embodiment shown, is larger than the depth of the openings 5 of the element B, but this length could be exactly equal to or shorter than said depth 5, which in some use will provide an aesthetic effect, for example, when the device of the invention is used as a device for closing a belt or a shoe. In figure 2, a second embodiment of said device according to the invention is schematically represented. In order to facilitate understanding, the same reference signs as in Figure 1 have been preserved, to which a bonus (') was added. In figure 2a, a first element A 'is seen which comprises a part 1', which can be a plate or a band, but which in this representation is shown in section or in view. To part 1 ', teeth 2' are fixed, which have just been molded in the embodiment shown. Said teeth 2 'comprise a tip 3' and have a circular or polygonal section. In this modality, the teeth are curved. In figure 2b, a second element B 'is shown destined to be assembled to the first element A' of figure 2a. Said element B ', as for the embodiment of figure 1, is represented in view, has the form of an elongated parallelepiped 4' and comprises at least one line of openings 5 'represented with dotted lines. The sections of the openings (not shown) are identical to the sections of the teeth 2 'of the element A' of figure 2a, instead said openings are straight in the longitudinal direction, ie in the direction of the depth. In this way, when the element A 'is presented against the element B' and when the two elements are pressed together, the teeth of the element A 'penetrate the openings of the element B \ which is shown in figure 2c. This operation requires a certain force so that the teeth 2 'are straightened and a substantially identical force will be required to uncouple or separate the two elements A' and B '. In this way, an accurate and relatively solid assembly is also obtained. In Figure 4, a third modality substantially different from the first two modalities described above can be seen, but based on the same principle as that defined in claim 1. In order to facilitate compression, the same reference signs have been preserved for the same characteristics as in Figure 1 to which two premiums were added (" ), and only the element A is represented, because the element B ", is identical to the element B 'in the manner described with respect to figure 2, that is to say, that the openings are rectilinear in the direction of the depth. In figure 4, the element A "comprising a first part 1" is seen, which as for the previous modalities, can be a band or a plate. To part 1"teeth 2" are fixed, which for example, which have also just been molded in the embodiment shown. Said teeth 2"have a circular or polygonal section In this embodiment, the teeth 2" have a longitudinal groove 7 constituting two parts 8 and 9, which can be elastically joined when the teeth 2"are introduced into the openings of the part B ". This operation requires a certain force so that the parts of the teeth 2"are joined and a substantially identical force will be required to uncouple the two elements A" and B. "In this way, an accurate and relatively solid assembly is also obtained. , in this embodiment, the teeth 2"have a tip 10 that comprises a small flange so as to constitute a hook. This hook will allow a non-removable assembly. This assembly can be used for fastening machine elements, for example. Figure 5 represents a use of a device according to the invention, especially a hair clip. As can be seen in figures 5a and 5b, the brooch has two parts A and B. The part A (figure 5a) comprises an elongated parallelepiped shaped part 51 comprising rectilinear teeth 52 having tips 53 on one of its sides . In addition, the part A has in one of its extremities a fungus-shaped stem 54. The part B (figure 5b) comprises a body 55 comprising openings 56 that have a curvature in the direction of their length intended to receive the teeth 52 of part A. Part B has at one of its extremities means 57 for receiving and maintaining the mushroom-shaped stem 54 of part A. In figure 5c, the two assembled parts A and B are shown. Figure 6 represents another use of a device according to the invention, especially a clothes peg or pin. As seen in Figure 6, the clamp comprises two parts A and B joined together by a wire or cord 68. Part A (Figure 6) comprises an elongated parallelepiped shaped part 61 comprising rectilinear teeth 62 having tips 63 on one of its sides. Part B (Figure 6) comprises a body 65 comprising openings 66 having a curvature in the direction of its length intended to receive the teeth 62 of part A. The use of said clamp is carried out in the following manner: it is placed the element B on one side of the fabric to be fixed and insert the part A in the part B trying to cross the fabric with the teeth 62, then tighten the two parts A and B together, in this way, the cloth. It is evident that the two uses described above, by way of example, can be carried out with the curved teeth 52 and 63 and the openings 56 and 66 straight in the direction of their depth. The teeth 52 and 62 can also be realized as shown in figure 4. A third use, not shown, could comprise the element A with the teeth on at least two opposite faces so as to be able to be assembled with two elements B of Simultaneously. The element could also have a polyhedral body that has more faces that comprise the teeth. The assembly could be done in such a way that either element A or element B has an unassembled part, that is, a part free to receive another element. In this way, constructions would be performed, which means that the device according to the invention could be used as a game. Finally, the two elements A and B of a device according to the invention will be made of any suitable elastically flexible material, that is to say that it can be deformed (folded) and recover its shape when the rt has disappeared, for example with synthetic material or with metal, such as steel or aluminum. It is worth mentioning that the present invention and its uses have only been provided by way of example, and in no way limiting. Thus, the invention can undergo all kinds of variants, especially as regards the material in which it is made, the size of the different elements, especially the length of the teeth and the depth of the openings, the objectives of their use .
