Abstract
Se proveen metodos y dispositivos para utilizarse en la determinacion de la concentracion de un analito en una muestra; en los metodos referidos, se introduce una muestra en una cinta de prueba reactiva, en donde la muestra es ya sea un fluido de prueba o un fluido de control, en donde el fluido de control esta libre de un componente mediador de desaceleracion de disolucion y un agente oxidante cuando se utiliza con un estudio electroquimico de determinacion de concentracion de analitos; la concentracion del analito en la muestra se determina y la muestra se identifica como un fluido de control o como un fluido de prueba; tambien se proveen dispositivos para determinar la concentracion de un analito en una muestra, en donde los dispositivos tienen un elemento de identificacion de muestra para identificar si una muestra es un fluido de control o un fluido de prueba; los metodos y dispositivos referidos encuentran utilidad en toda una serie de aplicaciones, particularmente en la determinacion de las concentraciones de glucosa en la sangre.
