Abstract
Se proporciona un agente de contraste fluorescente cercano al infrarrojo, que comprende un compuesto que tiene 3 o más grupos de ácido sulfónico en una molécula y un método para la formación de imágenes fluorescentes, que comprende introducir el agente de contraste fluorescente cercano al infrarrojo de la presente invención en un ser vivo, exponer el cuerpo del ser vivo a una luz de excitación y detectar la fluorescencia cercana al infrarrojo del agente de contraste. El agente de contraste fluorescente cercano al infrarrojo de la presente invención se excita mediante una luz de excitación y emite fluorescencia cerca del infrarrojo.
