Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un numático radial para "carga pesada" con una relacion de la forma H/S cuando mucho igual a 0.60, con una capa de refuerzo superior (2) compuesta de al menos dos capas (21, 22) de trabajo, cruzadas y una capa (20) de cables circunferenciales, colocada arriba de la capa de la armadura (1) y una banda de rodamiento (10) de anchura L, caracterizado porque está colocada, entre la capa de cables circunferenciales (20), y la primera capa de trabajo (21) radialmente más interna, una capa de mezcla de caucho (4) de modulo de extension pequeño, de grosor constante, comprendido entre 2 y 3 mm y que tiene una anchura LM igual a L21, cuando la segunda capa de trabajo (22) radialmente hacia el exterior de la anchura axial L22, superior a la anchura L21, está separada radialmente del borde de la capa de cables circunferenciales (20), por una parte por una almohadilla de caucho (5) de modulo de extension grande, que extiende axialmente desde la extremidad de la capa de trabajo (21) más allá de la extremidad de la capa de cables circunferencialmente (20), y por otra parte, radialmente hacia el exterior de dicha almohadilla (5), por una cuña de caucho (6) de modulo intermedio entre el modulo pequeño y el modulo grande, y que se extiende axialmente la manera sensible sobre el borde de la capa de trabajo (22) radialmente hacia el exterior hasta un punto axialmente en el interior de la extremidad de la capa de trabajo (21).
