Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con un método para reducir la cantidad de substancias inhibitorias a la hibridizacion del ácido nucleico en las muestras. El método es práctico antes de la liberacion del ácido nucleico de blanco desde las células de interés e involucra poner en contacto la muestra con un agente que solubiliza las substancias inhibitorias y no efectua la liberacion de losácidos nucleicos desde las células en la muestra, y luego las células desde el agente.
