Abstract
Un dispositivo para separar los componentes tal como monomero de fibrina de la sangre por centrifugacion alrededor de un eje central, que comprende una primera cámara anular (70) definida por una pared cilíndrica exterior (72) y una pared cilíndrica interior (71) ambas paredes que se acomodan concéntricamente alrededor de un eje de rotacion, y por una pared (73) de la parte superior y una pared (74) del fondo, donde la pared del fono se forma por un piston (55) desplazable dentro de la primera. El dispositivo comprende además, una segunda cámara (75) por abajo de la primera cámara y que tiene comunicacion con la primera cámara a través de un primer conducto (4) y que se define por otra pared cilíndrica (72), la pared del fondo (74) de la primera cámara y otra pared (76) del fondo. El dispositivo también comprende una cápsula (45) acomodada en la segunda cámara y que incluye una pluralidad de compartimientos para recibir las posiciones respectivas que promueven la separacion.
