Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a colecciones combinatorias solubles novedosas que comprenden una fase soluble en solucion fijada a una molécula de centro, y permitiendo el alto rendimiento mejorado y produccion eficiente de colecciones combinatorias solubles. Algunos ejemplos específicos de las colecciones combinatorias solubles que aquí se reclaman comprenden uno o más de los siguientes: aminoácidos, aminoácidos de alfa-azetina, moléculas de triazinodiona, moléculas de t-lactamida, moléculas de 8-lactamtiotida, moléculas que contienen nucleo de beta-lactam, moléculas que contienen nucleo de alcaloide licoramina, y moléculas que contienen nucleo de beta-bloqueador. Además, la técnica de síntesis y division para generar colecciones de moléculas combinatorias emplea un soporte macromolecular bifásico que es soluble durante los pasos de formacion de abastecimiento, division y copulacion pero que es insoluble durante el paso de lavado.
