Abstract

Se ha descubierto un procedimiento novedoso para la preparacion de derivados de clonidina que es más corto, menos costoso y más seguro que los métodos anteriormente conocidos; un nuevo complejo de tiourea de la formula (I); en donde: Ar es un fenilo o naftilo sustituido o no substituido con una o más porciones seleccionadas a partir del grupo que consiste de: Cl, F, Br, I, alquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, arilo, alcoxi o arilalcoxi de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono; NO2 está en la posicion para u ortho; y n es de 1 a 4; y se ha descubierto también puede ciclizarse directamente para producir el producto heterocíclico correspondiente.
