Abstract
En un método para cargar un mineral de tamaño de grano fino dentro de un recipiente a presion (1) del reactor, el mineral caliente es introducido primero en un recipiente a presion (35, 36) de transportacion, es presurizado dentro del mismo por medio de un gas comprimido y subsecuentemente es transportado dentro del recipiente a presion (1) del reactor, a través de un conducto de transportacion (5) por medio del gas comprimido. Para asegurar la utilizacion favorable del recipiente a presion (1) del reactor, bajo una tension uniforme y para salvaguardar la progresion libre de problemas de la reduccion mientras que se carga directamente el mineral, una porcion del mineral es introducida dentro de al menos un recipiente a presion (35, 36) de transportacion, adicional, y es presurizado dentro del mismo también por medio de un gas comprimido, y la operacion de carga del mineral dentro del recipiente a presion (1) del reactor se efectua continuamente realizando la alimentacion alternativamente una vez desde el primer recipiente a presion, de transportacion, y subsecuentemente desde el recipiente a presion, de transportacion (35, 36) adicional, en donde el gas comprimido es tomado del gas de proceso como una porcion cuantitativa o una porcion componente del gas de proceso y es retroalimentado al mismo en compañía del mineral.
