Abstract
Una cabeza de impresora de chorro de tinta de alta densidad se fabricaformando primero un subconjunto de cuerpo que comprende un bloquepiezoeléctrico principal que tiene capas metálicas dispuestas sobreprimero y segundo lados opuestos del mismo, y láminas piezoeléctricasaseguradas a las partes frontales de las capas metálicas. Utilizando unasierra cortadora de cuadros de precisión, se cortan una primera serieespaciada de ranuras paralelas, que se extienden longitudinalmente entrelos extremos frontal y posterior del subconjunto, en el primer lado delsubconjunto. El subconjunto se coloca entonces, con el lado de la ranurahacia abajo, en un accesorio de soporte que tiene espejos asegurados almismo, y posicionados adyacentes a los extremos opuestos de las ranuras.Los reflejos de los extremos opuestos de las ranuras en los espejos, seutilizan entonces como guías de la línea de visión para posicionar lasierra, que entonces se utiliza para formar una segunda serie de ranurasen el segundo lado del subconjunto, que están en una alineación lateralprecisa con la primera serie de ranuras. Luego se aseguran bloques decubrimiento en las láminas piezoeléctricas opuestas sobre los ladosexternos abiertos de las ranuras, y forman con los mismos canales internosreceptores de tinta limitados a lo largo de sus longitudes por segmentosde pared lateral piezoeléctricamente desviables del cuerpo de la cabeza deimpresión. Los extremos posteriores de los canales se sellan, losconductos de suministro de tinta se comunican con las partes de extremoposterior de los canales, y un miembro de placa que tiene primera ysegunda series espaciadas de orificios de descarga de tinta,respectivamente comunicados con los extremos frontales de las primera ysegunda series de canales internos, se asegura sobre el extremo frontaldel cuerpo de la cabeza de impresión.
