Abstract

Una composición de superóxido-dismutasa (SOD) estabilizada contiene como aditivos ciclodextrina, preferiblemente hidroxipropil-ß-ciclodextrina y azúcar o un azúcar-alcohol, preferiblemente manitol. Formulaciones liofilizadas con la composición de acuerdo con el invento proporcionan, en el caso de la resolvatación, soluciones transparentes con elevada actividad enzimática.
