Abstract
Se describe un proceso para la producción de un producto de plástico reciclado, fabricado a partir de partes de plástico barnizadas y material reciclado de plástico termoplástico. Los procesos conocidos pulverizan las partes de plástico barnizadas en un proceso de pulverización de multietapas con aproximadamente 300 a 500 micras. Las partículas barnizadas contenidas en el material molido fino alteran altamente las características del producto de plástico reciclado. Para la separación, el material molido fino se filtra respectivamente tamizado del fundido con inmensos esfuerzos. El nuevo proceso eliminará este método relativamente no económico y al mismo tiempo facilita la creación de un material de reciclado plástico termoplástico, fabricado de partes de plástico barnizado, el cual con sus características se acerca mucho a un producto reutilizado. De acuerdo a la solución del proceso, las partes de plástico barnizadas se muelen en etapas múltiples pero no se pulverizan, en tanto que al mismo tiempo se someten a un tratamiento de estiramiento durante la etapa de pulverización para soltar una parte notable del barniz que se adhiere a las mismas. Las partículas de plástico y barniz resultante se separan mediante el uso de un tamiz vibratorio por ejemplo, y después de esto se empacan, por ejemplo en forma de un granulado. El material de reciclado plástico termoplástico no comprende ningunas inclusiones visibles de más de 0.25 mm2 de partículas barnizadas en la prueba de hoja. Un proceso de reciclado para partes conformadas termoplásticas barnizadas en general, específicamente aunque relacionadas a la industria automotriz y en particular al reciclado de parachoques barnizados.
