Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una variante de una lipasa progenitora, teniendo la lipasa progenitora la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ lD NO: 2, en donde la variante tiene actividad lipasa, comprende una sustitución en una posición correspondiente a la posición 51 y comprende una sustitución o permanece inalterada en una posición correspondiente a la posición 96 de la SEQ ID NO: 2. La presente invención también se refiere a polinucleótidos que codifican las variantes, a construcciones de ácidos nucleicos, a vectores y a células hospedadoras que comprenden los polinucleótidos; y a métodos para utilizar las variantes.
