Abstract
El proceso de fabricación de rueda híbrida aplica las siguientes fases de operación independientes: - elaborar una pestaña (2), que tiene un perfil interno (2a) capaz de constituir un asiento para el talón de la llanta; - elaborar un rin que tiene, en un lado, un perfil exterior (1a) capaz de constituir un asiento para el talón de la llanta, y, en el otro lado, un flanco circular (1b) para ensamblaje con una parte (2b) de la pestaña (2); - ensamblar la pestaña (2) con el rin (1), en el asiento (2a) de dicha pestaña (2) y el flanco circular (1b) del rin (1); caracterizado porque el ensamblaje del rin (1) con la pestaña (2) se efectúa soldando el flanco circular (1b) del rin y la pestaña (2) mediante una sola soldadura por fricción y agitación (5) empleando una clavija en una posición que permite el acceso en ambos lados de la soldadura.
