Abstract
o processo de fabricação de uma roda híbrida de liga leve implementa as diferentes fases de operação seguintes: um flange (2) é realizado com um perfil interno (2a) apto a constituir um assento de talão de pneu; um aro (1) é realizado com, de um lado, um perfil externo (1a) apto a constituir um assento de talão de pneu e, por outro lado, um flanco circular (1b) de montagem com uma parte (2b) do flange (2); o flange é montado (2) com o aro (1) no nível do assento (2a) do referido flange (2) e do flanco circular (1b) do aro (1); caracterizado pelo fato de que o aro (1) é realizado de acordo com as operações sucessivas seguintes: uma operação (p1) de fabricação de um flanco circular (1b); depois uma operação (p2) de expansão em uma única etapa deste flanco circular (1b) nas dimensões do aro final; depois uma operação (p3) de fluo-rotação a frio ou a quente do flanco circular (1b) para obter o aro (1) em sua forma e perfil finais, comportando um ombro unicamente do lado que não será soldado ao flange (2).
