Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición de forraje par animales o composición aditiva de forraje, caracterizada porque comprende: (i) por lo menos una variante de fitasa que tiene una actividad de fitasa y una secuencia de aminoácidos que es por lo menos 90% idéntica a la SEQ ID NO: 1 y que comprende además una variación en una o más posiciones que corresponden a las posiciones 75, 76, 77, 198, 367,o 374 de la SEQ ID NO; 1, o (ii) una composición de enzima que comprende por lo menos una variante de fitasa que tiene actividad de fitasa y una secuencia de aminoácidos que es 90% idéntica a la SEQ ID ENO: 1 y que comprende además una variación en una o más posiciones que corresponde a las posiciones 75, 76, 77, 198, 367 ó 374 de la SEQ ID NO: 1.
