Abstract
Un proceso de caja fría para formar un moldeo de fundición mediante el curado de un aglutinante en una mezcla de fundición que opera mediante la introducción secuencial de un primer catalizador de curación vaporoso a un modelo que contiene la mezcla de fundición formada, seguida de la introducción de al menos un segundo catalizador de curación vaporoso. Mediante la disposición de las cantidades de respectivos catalizadores de curación vaporosos y los tiempos de contacto, así como mediante el uso del primer catalizador de curación vaporoso menos activo, se reduce la cantidad total del catalizador de curación utilizada para llevar a cabo la cura. El gas portador puede utilizarse con catalizadores de curación vaporosos respectivos. Típicamente, los catalizadores de curación vaporosos son aminos terciarios que tienen entre tres y seis átomos de carbono.
