Abstract

The present invention relates to a mechanism that controls the angular speed of the rotating axes of a mobile, which comprises a cylindrical base (9), a fixed gear (2) on the end of the cylindrical base (9), a main longitudinal beam (1) to receive a central couple (3) to receive the rotating axes (5) opposed to each other traversed and supported, and a rotating gear (6) whose toothed surface must be in contact with the toothed surface of the fixed gear (2). Also, it includes a gear container (7), a radial wheel (8) that has a central perforation (8a) fixed at the tip of each rotating axle (5), a last and fixed couple (20) fixed externally to close the central perforation (17) of the cover (7d), and a toothed coupling (10) fixed at each end of the main rotating shaft (1) to attach to the rotating shafts of a mobile intended to control the angular speed.
