Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un método de cultivo celular que comprende añadir un medio para siembra que contiene células a un medio inicial y comenzar a cultivar la célula en el medio inicial, en donde el medio inicial tiene un aditivo de medio de cultivo obtenido de organismos añadido al mismo y la cantidad de las especies amidadas C-terminal en la proteína producida es controlada por el contenido de cobre del medio inicial al inicio del cultivo de células.
