Abstract
Este método para controlar una fabricación de productos metálicos finales a partir de productos metálicos intermedios se implementa mediante un dispositivo de control electrónico y comprende, para cada producto metálico intermedio: - adquirir (110) un conjunto de características intermedias (CIP) para dicho producto metálico intermedio; - determinar (120) un conjunto estimado actual de características finales (Cest_act) con un modelo de predicción, de acuerdo con el conjunto de características intermedias y una ruta de fabricación actual; - comparar (130) el conjunto estimado actual de características finales con un conjunto objetivo actual de características finales (Cobjetivo_act); y si una desviación entre el conjunto estimado actual de características finales y el conjunto objetivo de características finales está por encima de un umbral: - obtener (140) nuevos conjuntos objetivo de características finales (Cobjetivo_nvo) para nuevos productos metálicos finales; y - calcular (150) una nueva ruta de fabricación de acuerdo con el conjunto de características intermedias y los nuevos conjuntos objetivo de características finales.
