Abstract

Se proporciona un miembro estructural que incluye una lámina de acero con una resistencia a la tracción de 980 MPa o superior sobre otra placa de metal y unida a la misma mediante soldadura, donde es menos probable que se produzca una rotura que se inicia cerca de una porción soldada. Un miembro estructural (10, 10a, 10b, 10c) incluye: un primer miembro (1), el primer miembro es una lámina de acero con una resistencia a la tracción de 980 MPa o superior; un segundo miembro (2) que cubre la primera placa (1), el segundo miembro es una placa de metal; una pluralidad de porciones soldadas (3, 31, 32); una pluralidad de zonas afectadas por calor (5, 51, 52) cada una formada para rodear la correspondiente de las porciones soldadas (3, 31, 32), las zonas afectadas por calor tienen una dureza Vickers menor que la del primer miembro en 50 HV o más. Se proporcionan un par de secciones de borde (4) del primer miembro (1) entre zonas adyacentes afectadas por calor (5, 51, 52).
