Abstract
Un método para el tratamiento del condensado del proceso (1) de una planta de amoníaco, en donde la planta de amoniaco comprende una sección anterior que produce un gas de reposición y una sección de síntesis donde se hace reaccionar el gas de reposición para convertirlo en amoníaco, y el condensado del proceso (1) se recolecta de uno o más equipos de la planta de amoníaco y es una solución acuosa que comprende amoníaco, dióxido de carbono y metanol. El método comprende: separar el condensado del proceso con vapor a baja presión (4), obtener una fase gaseosa (5) que comprende el amoníaco, dióxido de carbono y metanol separados del condensado del proceso; condensar la fase gaseosa, obtener una solución (11) rica en amoníaco y metanol; reintroducir una primera porción (12) de la solución en el entorno de separación; recircular una segunda porción (13) de la solución a la planta de amoníaco.
