Abstract
El propósito de la presente invención es aplicar un adhesivo de fusión en caliente en estado de película delgada sólo a las superficies superiores de proyecciones de rodillos con patrones. Este método para aplicación de transferencia por rodillo, para un adhesivo de fusión en caliente, se caracteriza: en que se proporciona un cabezal aplicador que tiene una ranura en dirección hacia un centro de eje del rodillo que se orienta a una superficie con patrón del rodillo con patrón y, al abastecer el adhesivo de fusión en caliente, el cual se abastece desde un dispositivo para abastecimiento de adhesivo de fusión en caliente, en estado de película delgada, a una superficie superior con patrón del rodillo con patrón y, de esta manera, el adhesivo de fusión en caliente en película delgada sólo se abastece a las superficies superiores de las proyecciones de rodillos con patrones. Este método además se caracteriza por abastecer el adhesivo de fusión en caliente sólo a las superficies superiores de las proyecciones de rodillos con patrones al abrir una válvula para control de abastecimiento de adhesivo de fusión en caliente de tipo encendido apagado, la cual se asocia al cabezal aplicador, cuando una abertura de adhesivo, en la superficie inferior del cabezal aplicador, se orienta hacia las zonas de aplicación en la superficie con patrón del rodillo con patrón. La presente invención tiene el efecto de mantener satisfactoriamente un entorno de trabajo al impedir la contaminación de la periferia del dispositivo.
