Abstract
Se proporciona un mecanismo de hélice agitadora (1) para la dispersión de un gas en una lechada de sólidos y líquido, mecanismo que comprende una hélice (6) con varias paletas agitadoras (8) instaladas en forma radial y a igual distancia del disco de cubo circular (7). Cada paleta agitadora (8) comprende una paleta inferior de dispersión vertical (9) ubicada bajo el plano del disco de cubo circular (7) paralelo al radio del disco de cubo circular, paleta de dispersión vertical (9) que tiene un borde exterior vertical recto (10) cercano al contorno (11) del disco de cubo circular (7), un borde interior (12) cercano al eje (2) y un borde redondo (13) que se curva en un radio (r) entre el borde exterior y el borde interior; una paleta superior de dispersión vertical (14) ubicada sobre el plano del disco de cubo circular (7) y paralelo al radio del disco de cubo circular; y paleta de suspensión inclinada (15) ubicada en forma radial fuera del contorno del disco de cubo circular (7) en un primer ángulo (a) con respecto a la dirección vertical y bajo el plano del disco de cubo circular.
