Abstract

Un empaque que incluye un envase que tiene un extremo abierto que define una abertura en el interior de un envase adaptado para contener un producto consumible; se dispone un cierre en el extremo abierto del envase y que tiene una base y una tapa que está asegurada a este por un eje pivotante; la tapa es movible entre una posición abierta, en donde la abertura del envase no está cubierta para proporcionar acceso al interior del envase, y una posición cerrada, en donde la abertura del envase está cubierta; el cierre incluye, además, un mecanismo de pestillo para asegurar selectivamente la tapa en posición cerrada y liberarla, y un dispositivo inclinado que se extiende entre la tapa y la base para impulsar la tapa a la posición abierta; el dispositivo inclinado tiene un primer extremo acoplable deslizablemente con la base y un segundo extremo asegurado fijamente a la tapa.
