Abstract
Un sistema para determinar la orientación de una sarta de revestimiento en un pozo. El sistema incluye una herramienta de fondo del pozo colocada en la parte interior de la sarta de revestimiento en una orientación conocida con relación a al menos una característica de la sarta de revestimiento. Un módulo de sensor se asocia de forma operativa a una herramienta de fondo del pozo y se configura para obtener datos relacionados con la orientación de la sarta de revestimiento. Un módulo de comunicación se asocia de forma operativa con el módulo de sensor. El módulo de comunicación se configura para transmitir información a una ubicación en la superficie en la que la información corresponde a los datos obtenidos por el módulo de sensor con relación a la orientación de la sarta de revestimiento.
