Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un polímero apropiado para el uso en una bisagra de película delgada (bisagra viviente) que comprende de 0.1 a 5 en peso de un comonómero C4-8 y el etileno de balance, y la composición tiene una densidad determinada de acuerdo con ASTM D 792 de 0.945 a 0.965 g/cm3 un índice de fusión determinado de acuerdo con ASTM D1238 (2.16 kg 190°C) de 10 a 20 g/l0 mm; un peso molecular promedio ponderal (Mw) de 45,000 a 55,000 g/mol; una polidispersidad de 2.5 a 3.1 y cuando se moldea en una tira que tiene una longitud de 13 cm y un espesor bruto de 50 a 70 mil (1 a 2 mm) y se doble completamente sobre extremo a extremo cuatro veces para crear una región adelgazada o pliegue que tiene un espesor de 15 a 30 mil (0.3 a 0.7 mm) probado por flexión y liberando la región adelgazada deformada de la tira a través de un radio de curvatura de 180 a 190°C alrededor de una placa redondeada que ejecuta no menos de 500 ciclos sin ruptura.
