Abstract
The method involves heating a rod (1) made of solid material, to a forging temperature. The cross-wedge rolling of rod is performed using a cross wedge-rolling machine so as to form cross wedge-rolled structure whose outer region (4) is hardened and inner core (3) is weakened. The rotating mandrels (5,6) are inserted along the central axis of cross wedge-rolled structure to produce the through-hole (9).
