Abstract
Un proceso para preparar un producto de bebida malteada seca. El proceso comprende: a) mezclar en conjunto los constituyentes sólidos y líquidos del producto de bebida en un recipiente único para formar una mezcla; b) someter a calor la mezcla en el recipiente a una presión reducida para realizar el secado y la granulación de la mezcla, y formar el producto de bebida malteada seca; y c) descargar el producto de bebida malteada seca del recipiente. El proceso se lleva a cabo en un recipiente único para el mezclado, el secado y la granulación. Los constituyentes sólidos convenientes incluyen uno o más seleccionados de extracto de malta en polvo, maltodextrina, cacao en polvo, leche en polvo/cremas lácteas, suero en polvo, sal, sabores, colores naturales y mezclas de los mismos. Los constituyentes líquidos convenientes incluyen uno o más seleccionados de agua, extracto de malta, jarabe acaramelado de azúcar, colores naturales, sabores, lecitina de soya, maltodextrina, y las mezclas de los mismos.
