Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para la producción de productos de papel suave perfeccionado mediante el tratamiento mecánico de pulpa con una consistencia de hasta el 50 por ciento secado al horno, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: la deshidratación y compactación de la pulpa a efectos de retorcer y enroscar las fibras individuales de manera permanente en un grado que es sustancialmente irreversible cuando son sometidas posteriormente a los pasos del procedimiento de la elaboración del papel, teniendo la pulpa tratada: a) un grado de soltura, incrementado: b) una resistencia a la tracción, reducida: c) un mayor volumen: y d) una menor resistencia al desgarramiento, con respecto a la misma pulpa que no haya sido tratada mecánicamente de esta manera; y del procedimiento de la pulpa transformándola en un producto de papel terminado, teniendo el producto de papel terminado una suavidad mayor que un producto de papel hecho a partir de la misma pulpa que no haya sido tratada mecánicamente de esta manera.
