Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para sincronizar el avance y llenado de las cavidades de un molde para chocolates que se desplaza sobre una superficie fija de un máquina moldeadora, que emplea un cilindro hidráulico o neumático para desplazar los moldes caracterizado porque comprende, en combinación: una barra de tornillo; un sensor de tipo inductivo; un controlador lógico programable (C.L.P.); una electroválvula direccional, conectada al cilindro empujador de los moldes; y una válvula solenoide intercalada entre una tolva acumuladora de chocolate y una boquilla dispuesta sobre el molde; dichas señales de activación proporcionadas por el C.L.P. actuando sobre la electroválvula direccional para hacer avanzar y detener el cilindro empujador y para abrir y cerrar la válvula de descarga de chocolate en sincronismo con el avance y detención del molde.
