Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo aseguardor de molde, caracterizado porque comprende: un cilindro asegurador, ajustado deslizablemente con un ariete asegurador cuyo extremo frontal está conectado a un tablero movible, y un pistón de alta velocidad que está ajustado deslizablemente en el ariete asegurador desde su parte posterior; un cilindro soportador que está provisto en paralelo con el cilindro asegurador y un extremo frontal de una barra de un pistón soportador, ajustada allí, está conectado al tablero movible, una trayectoria de aceite que conecta una cámara frontal y una cámara trasera del cilindro asegurador, que está dividido por una sección de pistón del ariete asegurador y una cámara frontal del cilindro soportador, y medios para abrir y cerrar la trayectoria de aceite a la cámara trasera del cilindro asegurador; en donde la suma del área receptora de presión efectiva de la cámara frontal del cilindro asegurador y la cámara frontal del cilindro soportador, es sustancialmente igual al área receptora de presión efectiva de la cámara trasera del cilindro asegurador.
