Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a proceso continuo para la obtención de polietileno reticulable natural, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: mezclar una resina de polietileno, sola o junto con otros materiales poliméricos, con uno o más aditivos; homogeneizar la mezcla en caliente, a temperaturas comprendidas entre 80 y 200 grados C hasta obtener una masa plástica homogénea; pasar continuamente la masa plástica fundida a un extrusor en donde se extruye la masa plástica a través de un dado colocado en la zona de descarga del extrusor, efectuando la extrusión a temperaturas comprendidas entre 90 y 180 grados C; cortar el material fundido y extruido para obtener partículas de polietileno reticulable natural y enfriar las partículas obtenidas.The present invention relates to a continuous process for obtaining natural crosslinkable polyethylene, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: mixing a polyethylene resin, alone or together with other polymeric materials, with one or more additives; homogenize the mixture hot, at temperatures between 80 and 200 degrees C until obtaining a homogeneous plastic mass; continuously passing the molten plastic mass to an extruder where the plastic mass is extruded through a die placed in the discharge zone of the extruder, extruding at temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees C; cut the molten and extruded material to obtain natural crosslinkable polyethylene particles and cool the obtained particles.
