Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to materials for bone restoration and may be used for osteorestorative surgery in stomatology, as well as in traumatology and orthopedics.Summary of the invention consists in that the bone restoration material includes in the following component ratio, mass %: 99,0…99,9 osteogenic material and 0,1…1,0 dry extract from the biomass of Spirulina platensis cyanobacterium. The osteogenic material is selected from the group of alloimplants of the demineralized lyophilized bone, alloimplants of the lyophilized bone, the allogenic, autogenic and xenogenic bone, hydroxyapatite, collagen-hydroxyapatite material. In the capacity of strain of the Spirulina platensis cyanobacterium may be used the strain CNM-CB-02. Moreover, the material may contain the growth factor, selected from the group consisting of the thrombocyte growth factor (PDGF), transformer growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and the proteins isolated from the bone, as well as their combinations.
