LA PRÉSENTE INVENTION CONCERNE DES RÉGIONS DE RECOMBINAISON DE LIAISON À L'ANTIGÈNE ET DES ANTICORPS ET DES FRAGMENTS FONCTIONNELS CONTENANT DE TELLES RÉGIONS DE LIAISON À L'ANTIGÈNE, QUI SONT SPÉCIFIQUES POUR LE POLYPEPTIDE DE LA MÉSOTHÉLINE DE 40 KDA ANCRÉ À LA MEMBRANE, QUI EST SUREXPRIMÉ DANS DIVERSES TUMEURS, TELLES QUE DES TUMEURS PANCRÉATIQUES ET OVARIENNES, LA MÉSOTHÉLIOME ET DES CELLULES DU CANCER DU POUMON.
