Claims (7)
- 올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스트머 필름을 기재로 하고, 이 기재상에 적어도 그림무늬층을 전사층으로 갖는 삼차원 성형품 그림무늬 부착용 전사필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스트머는 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌과 어택틱 폴리프로필렌과의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 동시에 어택틱 폴리프로필렌의 중량비가 5중량%내지 50중량%인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한 삼차원성형품 그림무늬 부착용 전사필름.
- 전사층을 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 전사필름을 이용하여 피전사체에 전사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재의 전사필름을 사용해서 전사층을 피전사체에 향해 놓고 피전사체 측에서 진공흡인을 해서 기재필름 측과 피전사측과의 기압차에 의해 가압해서 전사층을 피전사체에 전사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재의 전사필름을 사용해서 전사층 측을 피전사 기재 측에 향해 놓아두고 , 지지체 필름 측에서 고체입차를 충돌하게 하고 그 충돌압에 따라 전사층을 피전사체에 전사하는 것을 특징으로 한 전사방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 웅형과 자형으로 이루어진 사출성형의 양형 사이에 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재한 전사필름을, 그 전사층 측이 사출 수지측을 향하도록 해서 삽입하여, 양형을 형체해서, 양형 사이에 형성된 캐비티내에 앵상수지를 사출 충전해서 해당 사출수지를 고체화하게 해서 피전사체로 하는 동시에 해당 전사층을 해당사출수지와 접착하게 한후, 양형을 열어서 성형품을 꺼내고, 성형품 꺼냄과 동시 또는 성형품 꺼낸 후에 지지체 필름을 박리제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재의 전사필름을 사용해서 전사층 측을 피전사체 측에 향해 놓아두고, 지지체필름 측에서 탄성체롤러로 가압해서 전사층을 피전사체에 전사하는 것을 특징으로 한 전사방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
