Abstract

활성 물질과 비혼화성인 코팅제안에 캡슐화된 활성 물질을, 코팅제는 용해시키지 않고 코팅제의 표면에 있는 잔여의 활성 물질을 용해시키는 용매와 접촉시킨다. 결과로 생성되는 캡슐화된 물질은 용매와 접촉되지 않은 물질과 비교시 향상된 안정성을 갖는다.

캡슐화된 활성 물질 및 이의 제조방법(ENCAPSULATED ACTIVE MATERIALS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME)

Claims (12)

  1. a) 코팅제를 용융시키기에 충분한 온도에서 활성 물질을 코팅제중에 분산시키는 단계; b) 코팅제가 산제된 활성 물질의 소적(droplet)을 형성하는 단계; c) 소적을 냉각시켜 코팅제를 고화시키는 단계; 및 d) 활성물질은 용해시키나 코팅제는 용해시키지 않는 용매와 소적을 접촉시켜 코팅제의 표면으로부터 활성 물질을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 활성 물질을 그와 비혼화성이고 주위 온도보다 높은 융점을 갖는 코팅제안에 캡슐화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서, 활성 물질을 용융시키기에 충분한 온도에서 활성 물질을 코팅제중에 분산시키고; 단계 b), c), 및 d)에서, 소적이 미소구인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코팅제가 석유- 유도된 알칸 탄화수소 왁스, 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 폴리에틸렌-알켄 공중합체 왁스, 하이드록실 또는 카복실 그룹을 함유하는 산화된 탄화수소 왁스, 폴리에스테르, 또는 폴리아미드인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 7O 내지 200℃ 범위의 융점을 갖는 우레아 또는 이미다졸인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 물, 또는 100℃ 미만의 비점을 갖는 알콜 또는 케톤인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 3-페닐-1, 1-디메틸우레아; 3-(4-클로로페닐)-1, 1-디메틸우레아; 3-(3,4-디클로로페닐)-1, 1-디메틸우레아; 1, 1'-(4-메틸-m-페닐렌)비스(3,3'-디메틸우레아) ; 3-이소메틸디메틸우레아-3,5,5-트리메틸사이클로헥실디메틸우레아 : 4,4'-메틸렌비스(페닐디메틸우레아) ; 2-메틸-N-페닐-1H-이미다졸-1-카복스아미드, 또는 2-메틸이미다졸인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경화 가속제가 3-페닐-1,1-디메틸우레아 또는 2-메틸이미다졸인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅제가 1000 내지 2000돌턴(Dalton) 범위의 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 왁스인 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 물, 아세톤, 메탄올, 에탄올, 또는 이소프로판올인 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 아세톤인 방법.
  11. 표면에 활성 물질이 없도록 표면이 활성 물질용 용매로 접촉된, 코팅제안에 미소캡슐화된 활성 물질을 포함하는 미소구.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 3-페닐-1,1-디메틸우레아 또는 2-메틸이미다졸이고, 코팅제가 1000 내지 2000돌턴(Dalton) 범위의 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 왁스인 미소구.
