Claims (10)
- 저장탱크(1)로부터 내연기관(49)에 연료룰 공급하기 위한 장치로서, 전기식으로 구동되는 피드장치(11)가 설치되어 있고, 해당 피드장치(11)가, 흡입 슬리브(33)와, 내연기관(49)에 통하는 피드도관(47)에 적어도 간접적으로 접속된 토출개구(34)를 가지고 있고,피드장치(11)가 폐색박스(3)안에 배치되어 있고, 해당 폐색박스(3)는, 그 밑바닥부(8)가, 용수철 탄성적인 부재(7)에 의해서 저장탱크(1)의 밑바닥부(9)에 유지되어 있고, 해당 폐색박스(3)에는. 분사펌프(61)에 의해서 저장탱크(1)로부터 연료로 충전되어 얻어지도록 되어 있고, 분사펌프(61)의 흡입개구(65)에 필터가 전방 접속되어 있는 형식의 저장 탱크에서 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 필터가,폐색박스(3)의 밑바닥부(8)로부터 축방향으로 돌출하는 복수의 성형부(76)로 구성되는 적어도 1개의 고리형상부로 형성되있고, 상기 복수의 성형부(67) 사이에, 갭필터를 형성하는 관류횡단면이 설치되어 있고, 상기 복수의성형부(67)의 반경방향안쪽에 흡입실 (69)에 설치되어 있고, 해당흡입실(69)안에 분사펌프(61)의 흡입개구(65)가 개구하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는저장탱크에서 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 성형부(67)로 구성되는 다수의 유리하게는 3개의 고리형상부가 필터를 형성하고 있고, 해당 고리형상부의,반경방향에서 상전후하여 배치된 성형부(67)가, 특히 갭필터부재를 구비한 래비린드 시일을 형성하면서,각각 상호 물려 놓아 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는저장 탱크에서 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필터의 고리형상의 성형부(67)가,다수의 톱니로서 형성되어 있고, 이것들의 톱니의 말단면이,저장탱크(1)의 밑바닥부에 기밀하게 접촉하고 있어, 또한 이것들의 톱니의,각 측면간으로의 이행부가 날카로운 가장자리 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장 탱크에서 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐색박스(3)와, 분사펌프(61)에 전방 접속된 필터가 일체적으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장 탱크에서 내연기관에서 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분사펌프(61)가, 폐색박스(3)이 밑바닥부(8)내의 상응하게 성된 수용개구(63)내에 베치되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 저장 탱크에서 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분사펌프(61)가, 유리하게는 내연기관(49)으로부터 되돌려 안내된 연료류(燃料流)에 의해서 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장 탱크에서 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,피드장치(11)의 흡입슬리브(33)에 원판상의 필터(29)가 전방 접속되어 있고, 해당 필터(29)가, 피드장치의 흡입실을 형성하는 저장실(27)을 폐색박스(3)의 내부에 대하여 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장 탱크에서 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피드장치(11)의 토출개구(43)와, 내연기관(49)에 통하는 피드도관(47)에, 유리하게는 링형상의 별도의 필터(21)가 설치되어 있고, 해당 필터(21)가 , 피드장치(11)룰 수용하기 위한 원통형의 케이싱(13)이 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장 탱크에서 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페색박스(3)를 저장탱크(1)의 밑바닥부(8)에 꽉 누르는 용수철 탄성적인 부재가 압축코일용수철(7)으로써 형성되어 있고, 해당 압축코일용수철(7)이, 폐색박스(5)의 덮개와, 저장탱크(1)의 상측의케이싱벽부, 유리하게는 탱크를 폐쇄하는 탱크덮개의 사이에 체결되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 저장 탱크에서 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 필터의 각 동축적인.인접하는 고리형상의 성형부(67)가 웨브(73)에 의해서, 성형부의 둘레방향으로 향하게 된형상이 모양을 형성하도록, 상호 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장 탱크에서 내연기관에 연료를 공급하기 위한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
