Abstract

Claims (22)

  1. 가압된 용기로부터 배출시에 지연된 발포 작용을 갖는 수성 발포성 약제 조성물로서,(a) 대부분의 중량의 물; (b) 물-비혼화성 액화 기체 형태의 발포제; (c) 하나 이상의 발포-안정화제 및 유화 계면활성제; (d) 수용성 중합체; (e) 유효량의 활성물질; 및 (f) 바람직하다면, 점액-접착제 및/또는 하나 이상의 통상적인 약제학적 첨가물로 이루어진 약제학적으로 허용가능한 성분을 포함하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 조성물의 0.001 내지 25중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 비스무트 및 폴라아크릴레이트의 수용성 착물인 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점액-접착제가 0.1 내지 1.5중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  5. 가압 용기로부터 배출시에 지연된 발포 작용을 갖는 수성 발포성 조성물로서,(a) 대부분의 중량의 물; (b) 물-비혼화성 액화 기체 형태의 발포제; (c) 하나 이상의 발포-안정화제 및 유화 계면활성제; 및(d) 수용성 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 57 내지 97 중량%의 물을 포함하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 65 내지 95중량%의 물을 포함하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 7.0중량%의 발포제를 포함하는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 1.0 내지 3.5중량%의 발포제를 포함하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제가 프로판, 부탄, 이소-부탄, 펜탄, 1,1,1,2-테트라 플루오르에탄(134a/P),1,1,1,2,3,3,3-헵타플루오르프로판(HFA 227) 또는 이들의 혼합물인 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 2중량%의 발포-안정화제 및 유화 계면활성제를 함유하는 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포-안정화제 및 유화 계면 활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄 에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 지방 에스테르, 알킬 페녹시 에탄올, 지방신에스테르, 알칸올아미드 및 알킬황산염으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 발포-안정화제 및 유화 계면활성제가 폴리에틸렌 소르비탄 에스테르인 조성물.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 3중량%의 수용성 중합체를 함유하는 조성물.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10 내지 20의 발포비를 갖는 조성물.
  16. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 약제 조성물을 분배하는 제품으로서, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 약제 조성물 및 임의적으로 추진제를 함유하는 가압된 에어로졸 용기를 포함하는 제품.
  17. 결장 또는 하부 위-장관의 질병을 치료하기 위한 약제 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물의 사용 방법.
  18. 균류, 원생 동물, 박테리아 및 바이러스성 질병의 성적 감염을 치료하기 위한 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물의 사용 방법.
  19. 치료에 사용하기 위한 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 약제 조성물.
  20. 사람 또는 동물 몸체의 결정 또는 하부 위-장관 질명의 치료 방법으로서, 상기의 몸체에 약제 조성물을 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 직장 투여하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  21. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 약제 조성물의 질 투여를 포함하는 성적 감염 질병을 치료하는 방법.
