Description
Claims (18)
- 용융금속 삽입용 강하식 투입 탐침에 있어서, 탐침은 : 축과 이 축을 향해 안쪽으로 테이퍼진 제1축방향 단부를 가지며, 용융 금속의 밀도보다 높은 결합밀도를 가지는 재료의 조합으로 만들어지는 원통형 측정헤드와; 축에 근접하는 헤드의 제1단부로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장하는 센서소자와; 헤드의 제1단부와 센서소자를 덮는 슬래그캡과; 헤드로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장하고 센서소자에 전기접속된 하나의 단부를 가지는 리드와이어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 측정헤드는 7.0g/㎤보다 높은 밀도를 가지는 재료로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제2항에 있어서, 측정헤드는 강제인 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제3항에 있어서, 강은 바 스톡(bar stock)인 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서소자는 온도측정센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서소자는 온도 및 산소활성센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬래그캡은 슬래그가 슬래그캡에 부착되는 것을 방지하는 재료로 피복된 외면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제7항에 있어서, 슬래그캡은 융제재료로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제8항에 있어서, 헤드는 융제재료로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 측정헤드내의 내부 공동은 헤드의 유효밀도를 증가시키기 위해 미립자 재료로 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬래그캡은 측정헤드와 슬래그캡이 함께 투사체형으로 되도록 헤드측을 향해 완만하게 안쪽으로 테이퍼진 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리드와이어는 측정헤드의 제2축방향 단부로부터 외측으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 측정헤드의 제2축방향 단부와 접촉하는 리드와이어 지지튜브를 부가적으로 포함하고, 헤드로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장하는 리드와이어의 부분은 지지튜브상에 나선형으로 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리드와이어는 커넥터부제에 전기접속된 다른 단부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 헤드로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장하는 리드와이어의 부분은 내열제 보호슬리브로 덮히는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제1항에 있어서, 측정헤드가 용융금속에 삽입되기 전에 측정헤드를 지지하기 위해 측정헤드로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장하는 긴 지지부제를 부가적으로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.
- 제16항에 있어서, 지지부제는 측정헤드에 고정된 제1단부와 지지루프를 구비하는 제2단부를 가지는 소정 길이의 케이블을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탑침.
- 제17항에 있어서, 측정헤드의 제2축방향 단부와 접촉하는 리드와이어 지지튜브를 부가적으로 포함하고, 헤드로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장하는 리드와이어의 부분은 지지튜브상에 나선형으로 감기고, 지지케이블의 길이는 이 지지케이블의 제2단부가 지지튜브의 밖으로 연장할 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하식 투입 탐침.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
