Abstract
본 발명은 편요비 센서(11)의 신호를 처리하는 신호는 특히 모터 차량의 안정성을 제어하며, 상기 회로는 휠 rpm, 조정 휠 각, 측면 가속도 및 길이 방향 가속도와 같은 운동 조건 의존성 파라메터를 측정하는 다른 센서(4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12 및 13)로부터의 신호 뿐만 아니라 편요비 센서(11)로부터의 신호가 공급되는 제어 유닛(18)을 구비하고, 상기 제어 유닛(18)은 하나 또는 그 이상의 이들 다른 센서의 입력으로부터 대조 편요비를 계산하고 그리고 편요비 센서(11)에 의해 측정된 비와 비교되고, 그밖에, 편요비 센서의 신호의 가능성은 차량 운동 조건을 고려하여 체크되고, 만약 2개의 편요비 사이의 차이가 주어진 한계치 보다 더 크다면, 편요비 센서(11)의 신호는 가능성 체크를 기초로 하여 결함으로서 거절된다.

제1도는 제어기를 구비한 본 발명에 따른 장치를 갖춘 모터 차량을 예시한 개략도이다,
제2도는 제1도의 제어기 부품으로서 퍼지 논리 회로를 도시하고 있다,
제3도는 제어기가 편요비 센서를 모니터하도록 하는 프로그램의 흐름도이다.
Claims (5)
- 편요비 센서(11)로부터의 신호를 평가하고, 모터 차량(1)에서의 운동 안정성을 조절하는, 제어기(2)를 구비한 회로 장치로서, 상기 제어기(2)에는 편요비 센서(11)로부터의 신호가 공급되고, 운동 상태 종속 변수를 탐색하는 적어도 하나의 추가되는 센서(4 내지 13)로부터의 신호가 공급되며 상기 제어기 수단에 의해 대조 편요비가 이들 신호로부터 계산되고, 그리고, 상기 제어기 수단에 의해 편요비 센서에 의해 측정된 대조 편요비와 편요비 사이의 차이가 결정되고 그리고 사전 결정된 한계치와 비교되는 회로 장치에 있어서, 상기 편요비 센서(11)의 상태를 지시하는 상태 신호는 상기 비교 결과에 따라 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어기(2)가 편요비 센서(11)로부터의 신호가 차량 상태를 고려하여 가능성이 있는지 그렇지 않은지를 체크하고 그리고 가능성 체크의 결과에 따라 좌우되어 한계값으로 비교를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대조 편요비는 다양한 센서의 신호로부터 계산되고 그리고 각각의 경우에 요소에 의해 가중된 다수의 편요 값의 합계로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 편요비 값을 가중하는 요소는 퍼지 논리 회로(18)에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대조 편요비는 적어도 다음 식 중 하나를 사용하여 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로장치;상기 일반식은 다음과 같은 변수를 포함한다;편요비, V1h휠 속도, 좌측 후면, Vrh휠 속도, 우측 후면, V1v휠 속도, 좌측 전면, Vrv휠 속도, 우측 전면, VHi휠 속도, 회전하는 동안 휠 내면(후면), Vvi휠 속도, 회전하는 동안 휠 내면(전면), VHa휠 속도, 회전하는 동안 휠 외면(후면), Vva휠 속도, 회전하는 동안 휠 외면(전면). 전면평균 속도, 전면 축 휠, 후면평균 속도, 후면 축 휠, 교차-rv-1h평균 속도(우측 전면 휠 속도, 좌측 전면 휠 속도), 교차-iv-rh평균 속도(좌측 전면 휠 속도, 우측 전면 휠 속도), V 속도, 일반(중력 중심에서의 차량 속도), Vch특징적 차량 속도, aq측면 가속도, δL조정 휠 각, δV전면 휠 록(lock) 각(조정 각), l 휠베이스, SV트렉 폭, 전면, SH트렉 폭, 후면, iL조정 비.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
