Description
Claims (4)
- (a) (i) 실질적으로 수불용성, 흡수성, 하이드로겔 형성성 중합체 물질의 전구체 입자 다수; 및 (ii) 상기 전구체 입자의 중합체 물질과 반응하여 전구체 입자 사이에 가교 결합을 형성하는 비이온성 입자간 가교제를 포함하는 입자간 가교된 응집체를 제공하고; 또는 (b) 용액의 전체 중량을 기준해서 50중량% 이상의 가소제 및 50중량% 미만의 물, 바람직하게는 60중량% 이상의 가소제와 40중량% 미만의 물, 보다 바람직하게는 60% 내지 80중량%의 가소제 및 40% 내지 20중량%의 물을 포함하는 가소화 용액을 상기 입자간 가교된 응집체에 전구체 입자 1중량부당 0.45중량부 이상의 가소제의 부하로 도포하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 중합체 물질은 가수분해된 녹말-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 부분적으로 중화된 녹말-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 녹말-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 부분적으로 중화된 녹말-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체 녹말-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 부분적으로 중화된 녹말-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 비누화된 비닐 아세테이트-아크릴 에스테르 공중합체, 가수분해된 아크릴로니트릴 또는 아크릴아미드 공중합체, 상술한 공중합체 중의 어느 하나의 약간 망상 가교된 생성물, 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산, 및 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산의 약간 망상 가교된 생성물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며; 상기 중합체 물질은 보다 바람직하게는 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산의 약간 망상 가교된 생성물로부터 선택되고; 상기 입자간 가교제는 다가 알코올 화합물, 폴리글리시딜 에테르 화합물, 다관능성 아지리딘 화합물, 다관능성 아민 화합물, 및 다관능성 이소시아네이트 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 입자간 가교제는 보다 바람직하게는 에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세롤, 트리메틸올 프로판 1, 2-프로판디올 및 1, 3-프로판디올로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며; 상기 입자간 가교된 응지체는 인접한 전구체 입자 사이에 기공을 가지며, 이 기공들은 상호 통하는 채널에 의해 상호 연결되며, 상기 입자간 가교된 응집체는 10.0mm3이상의 제한된 건조 부피를 가지고; 또는 상기 가소제는 글리세롤; 1, 2-프로판디올; 1, 3-프로판디올; 에틸렌 글리콜; 소르비톨; 수크로오로스; 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리비닐 알코올의 에스테르 전구체제, 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 중합체성 용액; 약 150 내지 약 800의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리글리세롤; 200 내지 400의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜; 200 내지 400의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시프로필렌 글리콜; 또는 상술한 것의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 가소제는 보다 바람직하게는 글리세롤; 에틸렌 글리콜; 1, 2-프로판디올, 1, 3-프로판디올, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 가소제는 가장 바람직하게는 글리세롤인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유연성, 다공성, 흡수성, 중합체성 거대구조체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자간 가교된 응집체가, (a) 실질적으로 수불용성, 흡수성, 하이드로겔 형성성 중합체 물질의 전구체 입자 다수를 제공하고; (b) 상기 입자간 가교제를 상기 전구체 입자에 도포하며; (c) 상기 전구체 입자를 물리적으로 결합시켜 상호 통하는 채널에 의해 상호 연결되는 기공을 갖는 응집체를 형성하고; (d) 상기 전구체 입자의 물리적 결합을 유지시키면서 상기 입자간 가교제를 상기 응집체의 전구체 입자의 중합체 물질과 반응시키는 것에 의해 상기 전구체 입자 사이에 가교 결합을 형성시켜 입자간 가교된 응집체를 형성하는 것에 의해 제조되는 방법.
- (a) (i) 실질적으로 수불용성, 흡수성, 하이드로겔 형성성 중합체 물질의 전구체 이자 다수; 및 (ii) 상기 전구체 입자의 중합체 물질과 반응하여 전구체 입자 사이에 가교 결합을 형성하는 비이온성 입자간 가교제를 포함하는 입자간 가교된 응집체; 및 (b) 입자간 가교된 응집체의 전구체 입자 1중량부당 0.45중량부 이상의 가소제를 포함하며, 상기 중합체 물질은 가수분해된 녹말-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 부분적으로 중화된 녹말-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체, 녹말-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 부분적으로 중화된 녹말-아크릴산 그라프트 공중합체, 비누화된 비닐 아세테이트-아크릴 에스테르 공중합체, 가수분해된 아크릴로 니트릴 또는 아크릴아미드 공중합체, 상술한 공중합체 중의 어느 하나의 약간 망상 가교된 생성물, 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산, 및 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산의 약간 망상 가교된 생성물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며; 상기 중합체 물질은 보다 바람직하게는 부분적으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산의 약간 망상 가교된 생성물로부터 선택되고; 상기 입자간 가교제는 다가 알코올 화합물, 폴리그릴시딜 에테르 화합물, 다관능성 아지리딘 화합물, 다관능성 아민 화합물, 및 다관능성 이소시아네이트 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 입자간 가교제는 보다 바람직하게는 에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세롤, 트리메틸올 프로판, 1, 2-프로판디올 및 1, 3-프로판디올로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며; 상기 입자간 가교된 응집체는 인접한 전구체 입자 사이에 기공을 가지며, 이 기공들은 상호 통하는 채널에 의해 상호 연결되며, 상기 입자간 가교되 응집체는 10.0mm3이상의 제한된 건조 부피를 가지고; 또 상기 가소제는 글리세롤; 1, 2-프로판디올; 1, 3-프로판디올; 에틸렌 글리콜; 소르비톨; 수크로오스; 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리비닐 알코올의 에스테르 전구체체, 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 중합체성 용액; 약 150 내지 약 800의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리글리세롤; 200 내지 400의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜; 200 내지 400의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리옥시프로필렌 글리콜; 또는 상술한 것의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 가소제는 보다 바람직하게는 글리세롤, 에틸렌 글리콜, 1, 2-프로판디올, 1, 3-프로판디올, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 가소제는 가장 바람직하게는 글리세롤이며, 용액의 전체 중량을 기준해서 50중량% 이상의 가소제 및 50중량% 미만의 물, 바람직하게는 60주량% 이상의 가소제와 40중량% 미만의 물, 보다 바람직하게는 60% 내지 80중량%의 가소제 및 40% 내지 20중량%의 물을 포함하는 가소화 용액을 상기 입자간 가교된 응집체에 전구체 입자 1중량부당 0.45중량부 이상의 가소제의 부하로 도포하는 것에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유연성, 다공성, 흡수성, 중합체성 거대구조체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 거대구조체가 120℉±5℉(46.1~51.6℃) 및 8%±2% 상대습도 조건에 4시간 이상, 바람직하게는 24시간 이상, 가장 바람직하게는 28일 이상 동안 처리된 후 90°이상의 균열 또는 파단 굴곡각을 갖는 거대구조체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
