Claims (5)
- 기본 파우더와 적어도 하나의 금속 나이트라이드 입자를 포함하는 형태로써, 강철 특히 초저탄소강을 연속적으로 주조하기 위한 몰드 커버 파우더에 있어서, 유리 탄소량(%Cfree)이 0wt% 내지 1wt% 이고, 미립화(atomization)에 의해 제조되며, 20㎛ 내지 800㎛ 사이의 직경을 가진 미립(granules)의 형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰드 커버 파우더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립의 평균 직경이 300㎛ 내지 500㎛ 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰드 커버 파우더.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 나이트라이드는 보론, 규소, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 망간, 지르코늄, 아이언 및 크로뮴 나이트라이드 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰드 커버 파우더.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 나이트라이드는 실리콘 나이트라이드이고, 중량비(%Si3N4)는%Si3N4=0.5-0.28 X %Cfree±0.10인것을 특징으로 하는 몰드 커버 파우더.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 나이트라이드 입자는 5㎛이하의 평균 직경과, 2.5g/㎡ 내지 3.5g/㎡의 비표면적(specific surface area)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰드 커버 파우더.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
