Claims (18)
- 점도가 400cP 이하이고, 5중량% 미만의 용매을 함유하며 자외선 또는 전자빔 작용하에 중합되고/거나 가교결합될 수 있는 하나 이상의 기재 시스템(니는 분자 질량이 750미만이고 하나 이상의 반응성 에폭시 그룹을 갖는 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하고 분자 질량이 750 미만이고, 에폭시, 하이드록시, 비닐 에테르, 아크릴 및 메트아크릴 그룹으로부터 선택된 반응성 그룹을 하나 이상 갖는 하나 이상의 성분을 60중량%이상 포함한다)을 함유하는 용액을 포함하는 호제 조성물로 피복된 유리사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강열감량이 3중량% 미만임을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기재 시스템이 하나 이상의 반응성 에폭시 및/또는 하이드록시 및/또는 비닐 에테르 및/또는 아크릴 및/또는 메트아크릴 그룹을 갖는 하나 이상의 성분만으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기재 시스템이 일작용가 성분 0 내지 40중량%, 다작용가성분 60 내지 100중량% 및 둘 이상의 동일한 반응성 그룹을 갖는 성분 0 내지 60중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기재 시스템이 분자 질량이 750 미만인 하나 이상의 성분만으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 하나 이상의 커플링제를 0 내지 15중량%의 비율로 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 하나 이상의 필름 형성제를 0 내지 15중량%의 비율로 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 하나 이상의 텍스타일제(textile agent)를 0 내지 10중량%의 비율로 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 1종 이상의 양이온성 광개시제를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 제9항에 있어서, 조성물이 1종 이상의 유리 라디칼 광개시제를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리사.
- 점도가 400cP 이하이고, 5중량% 미만의 용매을 함유하며 자외선 또는 전자빔 작용하에 중합되고/거나 가교결합될 수 있는 하나 이상의 기재 시스템(이는 분자 질량이 750 미만이고 하나 이상의 반응성 에폭시 그룹을 갖는 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하고 분자 질량이 750 미만이고, 에폭시, 하이드록시, 비닐 에테르, 아크릴 및 메트아크릴 그룹으로부터 선택된 반응성 그룹을 하나 이상 갖는 하나 이상의 성분을 60중량%이상 포함한다)을 함유하는 용액을 포함하는 유리사용 호제 조성물.
- 하나 이상의 다이 플레이트의 기저부에 배열되어 있는 다수의 오리피스로부터 흘러 나온 다수의 용융 유리의 가는 스트림을 하나 이상의 연속 필라멘트의 팬 형태로 연신시킨 후, 필라멘트를 하나 이상의 사로 모아서 이동 지지체에 수집하는 가호된 유리상의 제조방법에 있어서, 제11항에 따르는 호제 조성물을 연신작업 동안과 필라멘트가 서로 모아지기 전에 필라멘트의 표면 위에 부착시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 사가 회전 지지체에서 롤의 형태로 수집됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 모은 후에 수득한 가호된 사를, 이들을 연신하든데도 사용되는 부재로, 사의 투사 방향을 가로질러 이동하는 수집 표면을 향하여 투사하여 교락된 연속 사의 시트를 수득하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 모은 후에 수득한 가호된 사가 이들을 연신하는데도 사용되는 부재에 의해 수집 전에 절단되는 방법.
- 제12항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 호제 조성물이 필라멘트에 부착된 후, 1종 이상의 양이온성 광개시제의 존재하에 자외선 또는 전자빔의 작용을 받는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 수집된 가호된 사를 자외선을 조사하거나 전자빔에 노출시키기 전에 강화 유기물과 접촉시켜 복합체를 수득하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 가호된 사를 일부 이상 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 유기물 및/또는 무기물과 가호된 유리사를 포함하는 복합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
