Abstract

산소나 질소등 복수액화가스를 저장해서, 그 가스를 의료기관이나 각종 공장등에 공급하기 위한 저온액화가스 저장탱크에 대해, 그 건설용지의 스페이스 절약화를 도모할 수 있고, 각 액화가스의 등온화를 도모하여, 그 수요선으로 확실한 가스공급을 보전한다.
외측탱크(2)내에 상하 복수의 단으로 내측탱크(4)를 단열창(3)을 개재하여 배설하여 용지를 유효하게 이용한다.
또한 상부의 내측 탱크(4a)고비들점인 액화가스(LG1)를 열교환부(11)에 의하여 하부의 내측탱크(4b)의 저비등점인 액화가스(LG2)의 공급에 의하여 정온화시키는 것과 그 내부압력을 안정시켜, 상부의 내측탱크(4a)에서의 수요선에 대해 가스(G1)의 소비량 변동이 따르는 내부압력의 변동을 억제해서, 그 안정공급을 보전가능하게 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 저온 액화가스 저장탱크에 대한 사용상태의 실시예를 나타낸 종단 정면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 저온 액화가스 저장탱크에 대한 사용상태의 일실시예를 나타낸 종단 정면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 저온 액화가스의 저장탱크에 대한 사용상태의 일 실시예를 나타낸 종단 정면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 세워진 외측탱크내에, 단열층을 개재해서, 종류가 다른 액화가스용의 내측탱크를 소요되는 복수의 단만을 상하로 배설하고, 이들 각 내착탱크에 대해 각각 외측탱크의 외측에 배설되어서, 각 액화가스를 각 내측탱크에 공급하고, 또한, 당해 각 액화가스에 의한 각 가스를 수요선으로 공급하는 각 외부배관계통을 구비하고, 이것과 연결되는 각 내부배관계통이 각 내측탱크와 연결되어서, 상기 단열층을 거쳐서 외측탱크에서 도출되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온액화가스 저장탱크.
  2. 세워진 외측탱크내에, 단열층을 개재해서, 각각 고비등점의 일종인 액화가스용의 상부의 내측탱크와, 이것과 전열지지체로 연설된 저비등점의 다른 종류인 액화가스용의 하부의 내측탱크를 배설하고 ,상기 외측탱크의 외측에 배설되어서, 상기 일종의 액화가스를 상부의 내측탱크에 공급하고, 또한, 당해 일종인 액화가스에 의한 일종의 가스를 수요선으로 공급하는 일종인 외부배관계통을 구비하고, 이것과 연결한 일종인 내부배관계통이, 상부의 내측탱크에 연결되어서, 상기 단열층을 거쳐서 외측탱크에서 도출됨과 동시에 외측탱크의 외측에 배설되어서, 다른종류인 액화가스를 하부의 내측탱크에 공급하고, 또한, 이 다른 종류인 액화가스에 의하여 다른 종류의 가스를 수요선으로 공급하는 다른 종류인 외부배관계통을 구비하고, 이것과 연결한 다른 종류인 내부배관계통이, 하부의 내측탱크에 연결되어서, 상기 단열층을 거쳐서 외측탱크에서 도출하도록함을 특징으로 하는 저온액화가스 저장탱크.
  3. 세워진 외측탱크내에, 단열층을 개재해서, 각각 고비등점의 일종인 액화 가스용의 상부의 내측탱크와, 이것과 단열조건 또는 전열지지체로 연설된 저비등점의 다른 종류인 액화가스용의 하부의 내측탱크를 배설하고, 외측 탱크의 외측에 배설되어서, 상기 일종인 액화가스를 상부의 내측탱크에 공급하고, 또한, 이 일종인 액화가스에 의한 일종의 가스를 수요선으로 공급하는 일종인 외부배관계통을 구비하고, 이것과 연결한 일종인 내부배관계통이, 상부의 내측탱크에 견결되어서, 상기 단열층을 거쳐 외측탱크에서 도출됨과 동시에, 외측탱크의 외측에 배설되어서, 다른 종류인 액화 가스를 하부의 내측탱크에 공급하고, 또한, 이 다른 종류인 액화가스에 의한 다른 종류의 가스를 수요선으로 공급하는 다른 종류인 외부배관계통을 구비하고, 이것과 연결한다른 종류인 내부배관계통이, 하부의 내측탱크에 연결되어서, 상기 단열층을 거쳐서 외측탱크에서 도출되도록함과 동시에, 상기 다른 종류인 내부배관계통중에, 하부의 내측탱크의 다른종류인 액화가스를 흡인하는 등온용 다른 종류 액화가스 내측탱크배관을, 상부의 내측탱크에 내설한 열교환부를 거쳐서, 상기 단열층에서 다른 종류 외부배관계통중에, 다른 종류인 가스를 수요선으로 공급하는 이송가스라인에 연결하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 저온액화가스 저장탱크.
  4. 세워진 외측탱크내에, 단열층을 개재해서, 각각 일종인 액화가스용의 상부의 내측탱크와 다른 종류인 액화가스용의 하부의 내측탱크를 배설하고, 상기 외측탱크의 외측에 배설되어서, 상기 일종인 액화가스를 상부의 내측탱크에 공급하고, 또한 당해 일종인 액화가스에 의한 일종의 가스를 수요선으로 공급하는 일종인 외부배관계통을 구비하고, 이것과 연결한 일종인 내부배관계통이, 상부의 내측탱트에 연결되어서, 상기 단열층을 거쳐서 외측탱크에서 도출됨과 동시에, 상기 외측탱크이 외측에 배설되어서, 다른 종류인 액화가스를 하부의 내측탱크에 공급하고, 또한 ,다른 종류인 액화가스에 의한 다른 종류의 가스를 수요선으로 공급하는 다른 종류인 외부배관계통을 구비하고, 이것과 연결한 다른 종류인 내부배관계통이 하부의 내부탱크에 연결되어서, 상기단열층을 거쳐외측탱크에서 도출되도록함과 동시에, 상기 일종인 내부배관계통증에, 상부의 내측탱크의 일종인 액화가스를 흡인하는 등온용 일종액화가스 내측탱크배관을, 하부에 내측탱크에 내설한 열교환부를 거쳐서, 상기 단열층에서 일종 외부배관개통중에, 일종인 가스를 수요선으로 공급하는 이송가스라인에 연설하고, 또한, 상기 다른 종류인 내부배관계통중에서, 하부의 내측탱크의 다른 종류인 액화가스를 흡인하는 등온용 다른 종류 액화가스 내측탱크배관을, 상부의 내측탱크에 내설한 열교환부를 거쳐서, 상기 단열층에서 다른 종류 외부배관개통중에, 다른 종류인 가스를 수요선으로 공급하는 이송가스라인에 연설하도록함을 특징으로 하는 자온액화가스 저장탱크.
