Abstract

본 명세서에는 폴리오가노실록산(i), 규소 화합물(ⅱ) 및 다른 성분의 반응을 촉진시키기 위한 촉매량의 화합물(ⅲ)을 반응시킴으로써 제조한 실리콘 조성물(I)과 폴리이소부틸렌 화합물(Ⅱ)과의 블렌드를 포함하는 분산성 실리콘 조성물이 기재되어 있다. 폴리이소부틸렌 올리고머 또는 폴리이소부틸렌 중합체는 실리콘 조성물(I)용 분산제로서 유효하다. 폴리이소부틸렌 함유 조성물은 취급이 용이하고 덜 소모적으로 제조되고 광유 배합물로의 분산성이 훨씬 효과적이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 25℃에서의 점도가 20 내지 100.000mm2/s인 화학식(10인 폴리오가노실록산(A), 25℃에서의 점도가 200내지 100,000,000mm2/s인 화학식(2)의 폴리오가노실록산(B), 및 폴리오가노실록산(A)와 폴리오가노실록산(B)와의 혼합물(C)로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 폴리오가노실록산(i)100중량부, 화학식(3)의 유기 규소 화합물(a), 화합물(a)의 부분 가수분해 축합물(b), (CH3)3SiO1/2단위와 SiO4/2단위를 포함하는 실록산 수지 (c)(여기서, (CH3)3SiO1/2단위대 SiO4/2단위의 비는 0.4:1 내지 1.2:1이다) 및 화합물(c)와 화합물(a) 또는 화합물(b)와의 축합물(d)로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 규소 화합물(ⅱ) 0.5 내지 20중량부 및 성분(i)과 성분(ⅱ)의 반응을 촉진시키기 위한 축매량의 화합물(ⅲ)을 포함하는 혼합물을 50 내지 300℃의 온도에서 반응시켜 제조한 실리콘 조성물(I)과 폴리이소부틸렌 화합물(Ⅱ)과의 블렌드를 포함하는 분산성 실리콘 조성물.

    상기 화학식 1 내지 3에서, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 그룹이고, a는 평균값이 1.9 내지 2.2 이며, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 그룹이고, R3은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소이며, b는 평균값이 1.9 내지 2.2이고, c는 각각의 분자에 하나 이상의 -OR3그룹(이는 분자 쇄의 말단에 존재한다)을 제공하기에 충분한 값이며, R4는 탄수소 1 내지 5의 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, X는 할로겐 원자 또는 가수분해 가능한 그룹이며, d는 평균값이 1이하이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이(I)이, 표면적이 50 내지 300m2/g 인 소수성 실리카인 하나 이상의 충전제(ⅳ)를 30중량부 이하로 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물(I)이 25℃에서의 점도가 5 내지 300m2/s 인 화학식 4의 폴리오가노실록산(ⅴ)을 20중량% 이하로 추가로 포함하는 조성물.

    상기 화학식(4)에서, R8은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 그룹이고, R9는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소 그룹이며, e는 1.9 내지 2.2이고, f는 각각의 분자에서 분자 쇄의 말단에 둘 이상의 -OR9그룹을 제공하는 값이다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이, 충전제(Ⅲ) 및 25℃에서의 점도가 2 내지 100mm2/s인 트리메틸실릴 말단 폴리디메틸실록산, 25℃에서의 점도가 100 내지 100,000mm2/s인 트리메틸실릴 말단 폴리디메틸실록산 및 25℃에서의 점도가 5 내지 100.000mm2/s인 하이드록실 말단 폴리디오가노실록산 중합체로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 폴리오가노실록산(Ⅳ)으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 광유(Ⅴ) 및 광유(Ⅴ)와 포화되거나 포화되지 않은 비스아미드(Ⅵ)와의 혼합물로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물을 시스템에 가함을 포함하여, 발포제 제조 시스템속에서 발포를 조절하는 방법.
