Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 유아가 실수로 삼키는 것에 대한 안정성을 확보하며, 제조작업에 있어서의 작업성의 향상 및 제조비용의 감소를 도모함과 동시에, 많은 종류의 필기구에 사용할 수 있는 범용성을 높인 것으로서, 필기구용 뚜껑(1)을 뚜껑본체(2)와 클립(3)의 내벽면(7)에 있어서 그 꼭데기부(4)에 뚫어 마련하는 연통구멍(5)에서 클립의 근원부(6)에 이를때까지의 오목홈(8)을 마련한 후, 클립(3)을 뚜껑본체(2)에 끼워 장착하는 것으로 통풍구멍(9)을 형성하게 함으로서, 부품점수를 감소함과 동시에 제조작업을 간략화하여 작업성 및 제품정밀도를 높이고, 실수로 삼킬때에 통풍구멍이 확실하게 확보되기 때문에 안정성을 확보하며, 제조비용의 감소와 동시에, 뚜껑 본체만을 필기구에 맞추어서 교환하는 것으로 범용성도 높일 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 필기구의 선단부를 수용하는 뚜껑본체와, 이 뚜껑본체에 대하여 일체로 장착되는 별도의 크립으로 구성하는 것과 함께, 상기 별도 클립의 꼭데기부에 연통구멍을 뚫어 마련함과 동시에, 상기 클립 내벽면에서 연통구멍으로부터 클립의 근원부에 이를때까지의 오목홈을 마련한 후, 클립의 뚜껑본체로의 끼어 장착함에 의해, 상기 뚜껑본체와의 사이로 클립의 선단에서 클립의 근원부에 이를때까지 연통하는 통풍구멍을 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필기구용 뚜껑.
